Three things that stand out about the impressive new 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan

The new Mercedes-Benz EQE is the latest electric vehicle from Mercedes-Benz arriving on the market. The EQE sedan joins the most comprehensive lineup of electric luxury vehicles offered on the market today, including the flagship Mercedes-Benz EQS sedan, as well as the EQB and EQS SUV. Shortly, Mercedes-Benz will introduce a third electric SUV, the EQE SUV. As for the EQE sedan, it is essentially an electric Mercedes-Benz E-Class, slotting beneath the EQS sedan the way the Mercedes-Benz E-Class fits below the S-Class. The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE delivers remarkable performance and advanced features that you expect from a Mercedes-Benz product while also providing remarkable range and multiple versions to choose from. Here are three things that stand out about the brand-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE.

  • The performance

The Mercedes-Benz EQE comes in three versions. The first, the EQE 350 4MATIC sedan, features a dual permanently excited synchronous electric powertrain delivering 288 hp and an impressive 564 lb-ft of torque. This model, starting at just $85,600, can reach 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. Upgrade to the impressive Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 4MATIC, and you get 402 hp divided between the axles and sent to all four wheels, combined with 633 lb-ft of torque. This is enough to reach 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds.

Last but certainly not least is the impressive 2023 Mercedes-AMG EQE 4MATIC+ with two electric motors powering each axle, delivering 617 hp and 701 lb-ft of torque out of the gate. Dialing the drive modes up to Sport+ unleashes the maximum output and boost functions from this powertrain, leading to 677 hp and 701 lb-ft of torque. This means you reach 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, making the AMG EQE one of the quickest electric vehicles offered on the market today.

  • Impressive range and charging capability

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 4MATIC and EQE 500 4MATIC both feature a 90.6 kWh battery that provides 418 km of all-electric range. The same battery is found in the AMG version, which delivers 362 km of all-electric range, making it particularly powerful and sporty without sacrificing electric freedom.

Every EQE model comes with an 11 kW onboard charger that provides maximum range in nine hours and 45 minutes. It is also possible to charge the EQE at 170 kW on a DC fast charger, which will provide you with 80% range in about 30 minutes. Charging on a 50 kW charger will get you to 80% in 90 minutes.

In other words, the 2023 Mercedes-AMG EQE isn't just fast in a straight line or around corners; it is also very quick to charge. And once the battery is at full capacity, you get all of the electric range you need for wherever life takes you.

Moreover, the Mercedes-Benz EQE features the advanced Navigation with Electric Intelligence system, which can help you plan your route and ensure you have enough range for where you are going based on how the vehicle is being driven, weather, topographical changes, and traffic conditions. Range anxiety is a thing of the past with the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE.

  • Advanced technologies

We have already mentioned one of the EQE's most advanced technologies with the Navigation with Electric Intelligence, but ultimately the new EQE showcases a range of other features that elevate the driving experience in the latest Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle. The interior features the door-to-door trims that create a stunning design, and of course there are multiple options available to create an interior that represents you. The center display with the latest generation of MBUX infotainment technology is also included, built into an ergonomic, iPad-style centre console. The zero-layer menu system in MBUX make navigation a breeze, and advanced voice command capability allows you to adjust multiple features using natural language. Using artificial intelligence, MBUX can adapt to your preferences and will evolve to progressively become easier to use.

The interior features multiple LEDs along the dashboard and even around the seats, providing a unique experience at night. 64 ambient colors are available to adjust the vibe inside, while outside, available digital light headlamps provide unparalleled visibility by adapting to the road and traffic ahead to keep your high beams on without blinding other drivers.

Multiple sensors continuously scan the road to identify danger and warn the driver when warranted. Moreover, the EQE features an available four-wheel steering system that allows the rear wheels to turn up to 10° to minimize the turning radius and make driving the EQE at low speeds easy and enjoyable.

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE is the next evolution of Mercedes-Benz electrification. Featuring exceptional performance and range, the EQE delivers on features, luxury, and refinement as well. Give us a call today and learn more about the impressive new 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE.
