Latest Mercedes-Benz electric SUV introduced with new 2023 Mercedes-EQ EQE SUV

Mercedes-Benz has introduced its latest sport utility vehicle over the weekend, taking the wraps off the brand-new 2023 Mercedes-EQ EQE SUV and the first-ever electric AMG SUV, the 2023 Mercedes-AMG EQE 4Matic+ SUV. These new midsize luxury electric SUVs will join the EQS SUV and will serve as the midsize option in the growing Mercedes-Benz electric SUV lineup.

The Mercedes-EQ EQE SUV is essentially the electric equivalent of the current GLE SUV. That means you can expect a lot of interior space, a lot of luxury, and impressive technology. The interior will offer an optional MBUX Hyperscreen that measures 141 cm across the dashboard. This screen houses three distinct areas including a centre console that features the latest generation of the MBUX infotainment system. The other distinct element of this interior are the two displays for the driver and passenger. You can also expect a lot of space inside the new EQE SUV. And it certainly won’t be short on power either.

The 2023 Mercedes-EQ EQE SUV will be offered in two versions, the 350 4Matic and the 500 4Matic. The 350 4Matic will deliver 288 hp with 564 pound-feet of torque while the EQE 500 4Matic should deliver 402 hp and 633 pound-feet of torque. We also expect these models to deliver between 425 and 475 km of range. That said, Mercedes hasn't confirmed the final details in this area. We do know that a 90.6-kWh our battery will be used to power the EQE SUV and that it will be able to charge at up to 170 kW. An available 22-kW home charger will also be offered

As for the impressive new Mercedes-AMG EQE 4Matic+ SUV, it promises an exceptional 677 hp and up to 738 pound-feet of torque. It also promises to deliver the same level of engagement and sportiness that you find on gas-powered AMG vehicles with multiple drive modes and three distinct Performance Sound options. It will also be able to reach three 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.

The Mercedes-EQ EQE SUV will arrive on the market in March. Give us a call today to learn more.
